FeatureGroup IP is an affiliated group of regulated, certified CLEC entities. Collectively they have authority to provide service in a broad swath of the continental United States.

The business model is principally wholesale in nature, and involves the intermediation of voice communications between the Internet and the Public Switched Telephone Network ("PSTN"). FeatureGroup IP provides PSTN connectivity to non-carrier Enhanced Service Providers ("ESPs") that in turn provide Internet Protocol ("IP") enabled enhanced/information services to their customers. FeatureGroup IP's service to these ESPs is provided via a federally tariffed telecommunications service (IGI-POP).
