FeatureGroupIP IGI-POP Tariff
As a competitive response to SBC's TIP TOP Tariff, FeatureGroup IP (UTEX) filed with the FCC its own tariff issued January 10, 2005, and effective January 11, 2005, setting forth Regulations and Schedule of Charges for Exchange and Information Access Service & Internet Gateway Intermediation Point of Presence Services within the United States of America (the "IGI-POP Tariff"). The IGI-POP Tariff provides the regulations, rates and charges applicable to the provision of Internet Gateway Intermediation – Point of Presence Services, and other miscellaneous services. In order to be eligible for service under the IGI-POP Tariff, UTEX's customers must and do affirmatively represent that they are Enhanced Service Providers ("ESPs"), entitled to the ESP Exemption and will use the IGI-POP Tariff services only for applications or services that qualify for the ESP Exemption.
